Presentation Instructions
Oral Presentations
1) All papers are allocated
15 minutes (including 5 minutes for
discussion).
2) Speakers should inform which equipment they want to use LCD
projector or others at On-line registration.
3) All lecture rooms will be equipped with a PC for
Windows Vista
and a LCD projector for presentations.
4) Please note that overhead projectors will not be available in lecture
rooms, but will be met by speaker's wishes.
5) In order to ensure the smooth running of each session, speakers
should test their files before presentation.
6) Speakers may bring their own PCs and prepare within their
presentation time (15minutes).
7) Especially Macintosh users, should ensure that their their PCs are
compatible with this operating system. |
Poster Presentations
1) The maximum useable size of the poster boards is
the width 90cm
x the length 180cm.
2) Authors should be present at their poster boards during
the core
time. |
