JMPS is published by Japan Association
of Mineralogical Sciences, which is a new society merged by the Japanese
Association of Mineralogists,
Petrologists and Economic Geologists and the
Mineralogical Society
of Japan on September 22, 2007.
JMPS is the successor journal to both " Journal of
Mineralogy,
Petrology and Economic Geology" and "Mineralogical Journal".
